Fremont Family Smiles is currently accepting new patients of all ages, from children to seniors. If this is your first visit, we recommend reviewing our planning ahead guide so you know what to bring and how to prepare. We will send your new patient forms electronically before your appointment to make check-in quick and easy. Have dental insurance or questions about cost? Our team can walk you through your financial options, including CareCredit and our in-house membership plan.
