Hello everyone! My name is Hazel & I am the Treatment Plan Coordinator. I enjoy establishing relationships with all our amazing patients. My focus is to make sure you are taken care of for your next visit with us for any treatment. Outside of work, I love to sing karaoke with my family and I love to embrace my inner child by collecting Snow White memorabilia and anime figures. My favorite anime is One Piece and I am a huge BTS fan!
Scheduling Coordinator
The most fulfilling aspect of my profession is watching how our talented doctor transforms smiles. Patient interaction is what I enjoy most about my job, since it allows me to build strong patient relationships and give patients a positive office experience. Outside of work, I spend time with my family, dogs, & friends. I love to eat. My favorite food is Fettuccine Alfredo. I enjoy watching Yankees games & horror movies, and traveling the world experiencing different cultures.

My dental career started over 25 years ago with experience as Office Manager and dental assisting. I am a dedicated wife and mother to three beautiful children. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors with my family and traveling.

I later became a dental hygienist and have been part of this office for over 37 years, providing gentle, personalized care to patients. I’ve always had a passion for holistic health, which led me to pursue certifications in Massage Therapy, Clinical Aromatherapy, Healing Touch, & Nutritional Education. Outside the office, I enjoy skiing, hiking, camping, gardening, relaxing with a good book, and being with my husband and our 2 daughters.

I love trying new food spots, traveling, spending time with my husband and dog, and I’m a fan of the Warriors and the 49ers!

Outside the office, I love crime shows, romantic comedies, & Korean dramas, and cherish quality time with my husband.
