Invisalign® is a clear aligner system designed to gradually straighten teeth without traditional metal braces. Using a series of custom-made, removable aligners, Invisalign® applies gentle, controlled pressure to guide teeth into improved alignment over time.

At Fremont Family Smiles, our doctors begin with a digital scan of your teeth to create a precise 3D model of your smile. This allows for detailed treatment planning and a customized series of aligners designed specifically for your needs. Each set of aligners is typically worn for about two weeks before progressing to the next stage.

Unlike traditional braces, Invisalign® aligners are removable. This makes it easier to brush and floss normally and allows you to enjoy your favorite foods without restriction. Because the aligners are clear, many patients appreciate the more discreet appearance during treatment.

The American Dental Association recognizes clear aligner therapy as an accepted orthodontic treatment option when appropriately prescribed and monitored. Orthodontic treatment not only improves aesthetics but may also support better oral hygiene and bite function (ada.org).

Treatment time varies depending on the complexity of tooth movement, but many of our patients complete treatment in four to twelve months. Regular check-ins ensure teeth are moving as planned and adjustments are made if necessary.
