Our practice is located at 3705 Beacon Ave, Suite 101, Fremont, CA 94538, in a convenient central Fremont location that is easy to reach from throughout the Tri-City area. You will find us on the corner of Beacon Avenue and State Street, tucked into the corner of the building complex. There is ample free parking in the lot directly outside, so you can park close to the entrance.

Because there are other dental offices nearby with similar names, we recommend double-checking the address before your visit. Fremont Family Smiles is easily accessible for patients driving from Fremont and the surrounding communities of Newark, Union City, Hayward, Milpitas, and Pleasanton. The office sits a short drive from Interstate 880 and Interstate 680, making it a convenient stop for busy families and professionals. Public transit and rideshare drop-offs are also welcome at the front of the building complex.

• Wednesday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
• Thursday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Saturday: Closed
• Sunday: Closed
